We are a Travel Agency located in Brazil. The name, Explore Viagens, means: Explore in portuguese is the same as in english, and Viagens may be translated as Travels.
Our main business is vacacion trips, but we also have a few corporate clients, and we offer a big broad of products: flights, cars and hotels reservations, guided trips, travel insurance, etc., to national and international destinies.

We already had our thoughts, but we want to let the design free, with no specific theme, but we are looking forward to a logo that is either catchy or remarkable (or both), once people see it they keep it in mind or recognize it easily. There are no constraints, but since we used to be part of a franchise, we kept the same basic colors: the store, documents, etc., are all combinations of black and red and sometimes white. There can be more colors added, but the logo has to work well on black, red (Pantone 485C) and white backgrounds, because it will be displayed in website, store facade, documents, briefacase and others.

The word Viagens has to appear, but the word Explore that has to be highlighted. The logo may be a design that just presented together with the name, but we would be very pleased if it is mixed to the name or embedded in it, yet it can stand by itself when put away from Explore Viagens (just for instance, the Nortel logo).

Just for illustration, we used to be part of Almeida Viajes (www.almeidaviajes.com) and we have a temporary logo (www.exploreviagens.com.br), but please don’t be restricted to something like those.

Target Audience

People going on holliday or vacation trips, corporate and group travels. We expect it to be appealing but yet sober enough to achieve corporate clients.

Logo Requirements

Vector artwork in Pantone SPOT, CMYK, RGB and BW versions. Files should be saved in Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps file formats with all strokes converted to objects and fonts pathed/outlined. Other file formats may be acceptable in exceptional circumstances.
Versions for white, black and red (Pantone 485C) backgrounds. We would also like to receive it in a standard figure format (bmp, jpeg or similar) in high resolution.
